The Dhillon Hotel Mgmt. & Development Group was founded with what started as a single hotel in the State of Montana. Today, the Dhillon group of companies and it’s partnership has grown to become a driving force in the Northwest Territories of the United States.

Throughout the years, Dhillon Hotel Mgmt. & Development Group has had an ownership interest in and operated over 7 hotels with strategic alliances formed with many of the world's largest hotel brands. These include InterContinental Hotels Group, Hilton, and Best Western. Dhillon Hotel Mgmt. & Development Group has a very diversified portfolio ranging from extended stay, limited service, and upscale full-service hotels to mid-market business and large conference hotels to banquet and gaming properties.

Dhillon Hotel Mgmt. & Development Group provides an all-around approach to their real estate acquisitions, due to their extensive development and management services. The company offers land acquisition, land-use planning,architectural design, and construction management services. It also provides hotel operations consulting and management services including fiscal and accounting, sales and marketing, advertising, asset management and valuation services.
